Default Opinion needed on DME scan, CPO checklist, and Car Fax Report

Hello everyone-

Considering buying a 2009 Porsche Turbo Convertible. I was able to request the DME scan, CPO checklist and Car Fax report. All attached. Car currently has 34000+ miles. A few questions I would like your help and opinion:

1. Results of the DME scan indicate:
Number of ignitions at speed> maximum speed, range 1 367
Number of ignitions at speed> maximum speed, range 2 17
Number of ignitions at speed> maximum speed, range 3 0
Number of ignitions at speed> maximum speed, range 4 0
Number of ignitions at speed> maximum speed, range 5 0
Number of ignitions at speed> maximum speed, range 6 0

Anything to worry about with this DME scan report?
Any information that should be provided besides attached.

2. The car doesn't have a Universal Audio Interface. Is it necessary to listen to music and make phone calls?

3. The dealership states that a 30,000 mile service, brakes, rotors and tires were changed at the time of certification.

4. Car Fax report has 2 owners. The dealership states the following:
" It lists two owners but as you will see the first was only for 1 month. This was due to the transfer to the leasing company." Is this typical? Any concerns with having 2 owners listed.

Any help or comments you can provide will be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Thanks. Shouldn't the DME scan have the hour when these over revs happened? Is the scan picture and accompanying data typical?

The VAL looks really good. Ownership glitch not an issue IMHO.
