Default New 991 Turbo

Hey guys, anyone else siked about the new 991 Turbo even though there arent any real pictures out there yet. I miss my Werks 1 Turbo, but my GT3 is better by far! I used to have a 2004 Turbo and a 2008 Turbo Werks 1! Both were great cars! I'm buying a 991 Turbo once they come out! It will be a fleet of Porsches at my house! GT3, 991 Turbo,Cayenne Turbo, C4S, and 993 C2S!

My guess is many of the 997TT guys will evolve to a 991TT.

Three turbos AND 4W steer... some sort of take off from previous nissan gtrs attessa...supposed to counter the rear from stepping out under all that power on corner exit....

One things for sure its gonna be a weapon capable of warp corner speed and acceleration. This is one car that will need a racetrack or a german autobahn to let it off its leash properly....not as if the existing car doesn't need that already...

You might if you have a newish one. But my guess is the new one will be 160 to 170 easy. I suspect the market for used ones will remain brisk. I am on the list for one too.

I will wait until they are half price (in four or five years) like the 997's.. As much as I would like to order a new one my wife's head would explode....

At our crazy prices (Aus) I'm done with putting myself on list's. It doesn't pay. Best wait for all the immediate must haves to clear out and empty their wallets in the process, and then youre in a better position to either negotiate a new one, or pick up a good used one.

Agreed! I know when my dealer gets a 991 Turbo they will be asking $30 to $50k premium over sticker.. No thanks...

I saw a 1996 Turbo the other day. I spoke to the owner and he bought it new in 96. That car still looks as good as anything around. Thats the great thing about P cars... They age well....

Here is a good example... This is a bad a## car and it's 16 years old!

the 993 is a biased example! And one of the best looking classic 911s of all time. And mucho desirable.

I can show you a bunch of 996 mk1 with the crosseyed fried eggs on the face which havent aged well...

I think the dealer is wrong. It looks close to production ready based on these photos. However, it is still is likely at least a year away.
