What to watch out for
I am porsche less for now. I am looking for a low mileage turbo 07 or later, or 09/10 C4S apart from the usual due diligence, anything peculiar to the turbo's one needs to look out for ? any leads?

No, just be aware of the differences. None in the 07 or 08, last .1 year is the 09 and it gets the new PCM. After that, 997.2
Overall its seems like a bullet proof car. Be weary of manual as it may have wear and tear, bit harder to get that in a tip or PDK. Check the DME readout, not necessarily to freak out about usage of the engine, just to make sure that nothing horribly wrong has happened. Too much of a debate going on as to the value of that info for mid cases, obviously necessary info for extremes.

No comment on the TT vs C4S approach... drive both and make up your mind. To me its a no brainer. To each his own tho.
