Taking instrument cluster out

Anyone have info on how to remove the cluster? I want to have the rings painted on my car. Also, how hard is it to take the center console out?

go to Macarbon - they have instructions on the centre console removal. it isn't that hard - i did it to swap out the stock centre console.
