Sean, congratulations! Glad to hear you made the trip without any problems. Nothing like a long road trip to get acquainted with a new Porsche. Enjoy the new ride and hope you can join us on May 19th for our trip to Lime Rock.

What does this have to do with this thread? And the one about your wheel(s)?

ledd4u: IMHO, it doesn't appear anyone is "playing games" with you, I believe RListers are just genuinely interested in seeing what you got. Based on your opinions, it appears you wasn't interested in anything priced above 70k, so that actually limited your selection.

The lowest priced '07 I saw was $58k, but that had just under 70k miles.

There are few 40k to 50k miles samples floating around the internet and even on CL, 50k miles appears to be priced between $60k and $69k. And there also appears a 3k miles sample listed for $89k.

There are so many variables that affect pricing and NADA & KBB pricing certainly doesn't reflect the market in general.

And for some, they are just willing to dig deeper into their pockets.

At the end of the day, what the heck do I know...

That was my old car for 58k, I'd actually like to buy it back!

I posted under his thread that he was bottom feeding and would be better off paying a little more For a great car. He was trying to screw up my sale. A bunch of forum members caught on. Sean got a great car. My guess is ledd4u's is not if he bought a car at all. I posted pics of mine, we have yet to see any pictures of his.

Dude congrats on your new ride, it looks beautiful.
Please post a ton of pics when you get it a minute!

I think the price is more then fair. Every car is different, and I never feel like I need to pay the lowest price. A great car will always bring a few extra $$ which I will gladly pay.
