I agree. I have a very similar car to the one sold here except with PCCB and some more carbon bits and had multiple offers in the mid 80's. Cash in hand buyers that were ready to buy but I decided to hold onto the car for now. Market is not in the low 70's especically for a CLEAN LOW MILES beauty such as this.
I think buyer and seller here both did really well. Seller sold the car in a day and buyer did not hesitate to pull the trigger. Congrats to both.

Great cars always bring more money. I could have sold mine 3 or 4 times.

Brake flush, oil change today. Spark plugs replaced at 26k miles. Did not have owners manual but that has been rectified and it is on it's way from Sunset Porsche. I am thinking about Iphone integration at the moment and think I might go with the Dension gateway 500. Any thoughts and other options? Just a few of the options that the car came with; CDD,CXB,P01,XME,XSC. The CXB option, Illuminated stainless steel option, don't light up. Or I am to dumb to figure out how to make them work. Someone told me it has to be done by the dealer thru program? Pictures soon. Detail guy is doing the rest and after he is done I will post pics. It's not a 15k or 20k mile car, and in excellent shape. No rock chips since the front was covered in the clear film, which I took off. Pain in the rear!! I still have to take off the rear ones. It's not my daily driver so it's not going to get that much of use. Bottom line is it will do the same thing a sub 15k mile car will anyhow. Dont see why that is such a mysterious concept? Don't know why some of you are so bothered by it. It is what it is. Any help from you guys I can appreciate but games "come on man". Turbo's are awesome great feeling!

Did the car sit outside alot? Are the rubber trim pieces still in good shape, any rust from salt?

Higher mileage car with minimal options not to mention getting the car re-conditioned ( the manual, detail, 3M film etc etc), should all add up to the purchase price.
Add $3500 for certification and $10,000 for low mileage ( average '07 would have 50K miles.... at least 25 cents / mile for additional 40K) makes 79 a very fair price...
Anyways, TT are great cars so enjoy it in good health.

It appears his turbo has at least 40k
Sometimes when comparing similar cars, its still apples to oranges
You like, you buy, you enjoy
ledd4u: IMHO, it doesn't appear anyone is "playing games" with you, I believe RListers are just genuinely interested in seeing what you got. Based on your opinions, it appears you wasn't interested in anything priced above 70k, so that actually limited your selection.
The lowest priced '07 I saw was $58k, but that had just under 70k miles.
There are few 40k to 50k miles samples floating around the internet and even on CL, 50k miles appears to be priced between $60k and $69k. And there also appears a 3k miles sample listed for $89k.
There are so many variables that affect pricing and NADA & KBB pricing certainly doesn't reflect the market in general.
And for some, they are just willing to dig deeper into their pockets.
At the end of the day, what the heck do I know...

My loaded, CPO, 24k mi Black/tan 6sp was similarly priced. Also had wheel upgrade. Same price..... I consider this deal to be pretty good. I definitely saw cars priced for less and even a few with better miles, but you need the car to be clean and with the colors/options you want.... enjoy your new cars

Sean is on his way in his new (to him) turbo from Atlanta to New York as we speak. I hope he enjoys it.
