Default potential 09 turbo purchase

I'm coming from a 997.2 GT3, which is a fantastic car but finding it difficult to enjoy the car on the street where it spends most of its life. My track time is limited to 3-4 weekends per year. Past P-cars include two RS Americas, among others.

I'm looking at 997 turbos, certainly want an Mezger engined car. Here is one that meets many of my criteria -- color and options, low mileage, and CPO is nice:

Just looking for feedback on what fmv would be on such an example.

Thanks for any input.

Looks like a nice car, but the price is high, my guess by at least $20K.

Bought my 2007 TT used a couple of years ago, very, very happy with the car, absolutely bullet-proof.

Low 90s for a low miles 09 CPO car -- really? That seems a bit low to me, but certainly hopeful one could be had for that. Thanks for the response.

Current edition of Excellence in the feature where buyers report their prices is a 2009 997TT with 27,500 miles. If I recall, it was optioned well with CPO and PCCBs but not over done. Of course, those expensive brakes may be a negative for some. Car was sold by a dealer. Editor judged the reported sale price of $94.5k as fair to both buyer and seller.

Looks nice, good options. Price high by approx. 10-15K depending on your area.

That car has all the right options including sport chrono, sports seats, etc. I like it but also think you might get a better price. I assume they will negotiate. I've enjoyed 21k trouble free miles and a few track days as well. It's my fav car to date and I've owned a few...

Thanks for suggestions, and clearly inflated dealership price. So, given low miles and CPO, it seems like maybe car that should sell at around 96-98k. Lower if private party and higher miles.

Nice CPO low mileage Turbo's are pretty easy to sell. Pay a few dollars more and get a really nice car.
