Default Experience with Akropovic?

I have been looking to upgrade the exhaust system on my 2011 TurboS. The front runner is the Fabspeed Stage 2 setup but recently I was introduced to the new Akropovic system for the TS. They now have a 200 cell system which I am told will not affect the Check Engine light.

The setup is designated L-PO997TFLS-200 Link pipe set (200 cpsi cats).

I would appreciate any experience, insights, concerns

Akropovic is very pricey. And too, difficult to get an accurate sound bite into how it sounds at low driving neighborhood speeds. Considered it for awhile, but went with the EP1 which is not too loud at low-neighborhood-speed (cold start function off), great highway speed rumble, super workmanship and at nearly half the price. Plus with EP1 one can use factory tips which to me was essential. The EP1 has just 100 cell cats providing +HP with no engine light issues. There is an EP2 version also available with a bit more rumble.

Akrapovic is the best system from performance/weight point of view on the market, also used by porsche on gt2 rs (and box on GT2s). Best non-Ti system is europipe.

Thank you both. There seems to be consensus on the EP. Does this require an ECU tweak?

ECU would adjust - there is a bit less backpressure leading to faster boost and a bit lower turbine temps - all within default maps. Obviously you can tune things further, even maps that had been adjusted - for marginal benefit unless engine dyno is used to fine tune.
