Default DE at Watkins Glen!

I'm going to put the Turbo through its paces this weekend at the NY Metro DE event at Watkins Glen. I did this last year with my Boxster and had an awesome time. While the turbo may not be as balanced as the 987 I know it has the power to get some good speed on the straights and famous Esses. I plan to run it in the "Sport Mode" and keep 40lbs rear and 38 lbs in front cold. The brake fluid has been changed and upgraded to racing brake fluid to handle the high temps. I also had this car at a DE event on the Pocono Raceway in June had no problem getting to redline in 5th (148 mph) and plenty more to go in 6th gear. The car should also handle the road course well at WG enough to keep it on the track and off the guard rails (i know that's up to me). Wish me luck, I'm really looking forward to it. Would love to hear about other track experiences with the TT.

The tire pressures of 38/40 cold are way to high for the track.

I would recommend 26/28 cold and 36/38 hot.

Thanks for the tip on the tire pressure, I'll adjust it when I get there and bring my portable air compressor too.
