I almost bought one today, external forces intervened, its blk/blk two tone if anybody is looking. It's the best example of a tts I could find. pm me.

Just pulled the trigger on a 2011 TTS in Meteor Grey with Black/Cream interior. Awesome color combo. Will post pics later. Traded out of 09' TT.

You are just dying for the PDK aren't you?
Just cut off your sack and do it or stay with us relics of a time gone by!

Chris go for the "S". Remember you're the one who inspired me to get my 2010 Turbo. Not ready for an "S" yet, but may be down the road. Go back and get that car.

i had extenuating circumstances...suffuce to say I bought the car pre-owned about 15 months ago so my landing was a little softer.

When I was looking to trade in my '09 C4S (pristine 11K miles, fully loaded w/ options that MSRP'd at 126K) just a couple of months ago for a custom order '2012 PDK TT the hit was 55 K ... too steep. ( If I had gotten something from the inventroy it would have been 50K). Hence walked away. No regrets. It is still a 911

I guess you drove it a bit. A real transition from human operated clutch. PDK is still an automatic transmission despite there are two oil-less clutches working via electro-magnetically computer instructions.
I tried one, but still miss the manual control especially since my EP1 where I like to hear the sound rumbling occasionally at a light or wherever. I guess flipping the PDK into neutral with the finger instead of the foot could give the same response. Did they disappoint sadly on the trade in value of your EP1 997.1?

Trade in for modified stage 2+ manual 997.1 Turbo to a 997.2 Turbo S would be 50% depreciation hit for a 0% better car. Unless you really need PDK, better to keep what you have!

The deal they are offering is actually a good one. Still on the fence.

I understand your problem. I'm lucky I got to keep my 09 GT1 block 6 speed and was able to get 11 TTS with PDK. Really different cars, more than I thought.

Go for it Chris. The car will be fantastic and the warranty would be nice to have as well.

id rather keep mine (which I love), spend some more and get an ADDITIONAL toy than take a hit on a new one that isn't better than what I have. Warranty is the only benefit. however, new cars are always nice
