Default Potential Turbo Owner...

I presently have an MY09 C4S PDK launch car. Not a problem at all now with 20 K mi. Am considering Turbo. Are there any long term maintenance issues with a Turbo 997.2 versus the same non-Turbo? Thanks!

No one really knows on the .2 turbo since it's still relatively new. On the other hand, the previous gen turbo (through '09) is stellar with a long term, race proven engine, different from what's in the '10+.

OOPS! I was under the assumption that because my 09 C4S has a DFI engine, that all of the MY09's had the same. Turbo DFI's are MY10 I suppose? What got me thinking were two recent articles on the new TurboS...

Correct, '09 Turbo was the last of the GT1 block. Everything since is the new block.
