Default Current thoughts on front lip lift kits?

I plan (for now) to keep the stock suspension on the '09 Turbo Cab...

So what are my options for the least expensive lift kit to keep the damn lip ON the car? Just something easy to install, that will give me the momentary lift to get out, then bring back to ride height.

Yeah, driveway has killed it. Scrapes every damn time I leave, but not on entry, only exit. And the ghetto slide (angled in or out) does not help at all.

Thought about the pads from Griot's to lay in the curb, but that's kind of cheesy.

Cargraphic?
TechArt?
Other?

How much cheddar? And the key is I want to leave the stock suspension as is for now.

Have you tried exiting the driveway with PASM on Sport. I think the extra stiffness does seem to help on entries and exits (my God,....that sounds really funny).

Will try.

This a.m. I just backed it out (we have a turnaround so I always exit nose first)....and it was fine. But not since nose first I have zero clearance at the street on exit.

I have determined that the lip must be intended as a maintenance part, need a new one already.

Agreed on the maintenance theory they are around $150.00 i believe from Suncoast & an easy DIY ,i'm lowered & backing out on the angle is the way to go.For the price of these kits you can R&R this piece a couple times a year for years, not to mention the added weight of the parts (compressors, hydraulics) also try an unpainted oem lip they can take a beating & still look decent just take a flat file to it every once in a while GL & beautiful car BTW

I crunched mine pretty badly the other day. Had to push it back on. Funny thing is I never had a problem in my 997 C4S. Looks like Suncoast is getting even more business from me!
