Nicu,

The 19" OZs look great on your Ruf. I presume they are OZ Superlegerras. I put them on my guards red 996 Ruf Rturbo as well and am happy with the look. Question: did your Ruf come with the OZs, meaning Ruf had an arrangement with OZ to include those wheels on your Ruf when sold new. Or did you install them 'aftermarket'. I'm trying to establish if Ruf had an arrangement with OZ to produce the OZ Superleggeras for them, for Ruf cars. Cheers.

Can's car looks good, but I'm a little bored with p40s, seems everybody has them, plus you see a ton fs in the used parts section. I think OZ, champion and others have more interesting rims these days.

If the P40 looks boring to you, it is a definite sign that you are gawking too much on line and in the FS section!

Kidding aside, thanks. I personally wouldn't let issues like "everybody has them" or there are "a ton" for sale (perhaps for the same reason that there are a ton of iphones on ebay for sale?) alter my decision, but I understand YMMV. From personal experience, owning the wheel is different from looking at forum postings and I have not gotten bored -- still stepping back from the car to look every day when I leave it in the garage.

That said, it's a matter of taste so clearly P40 is not for everyone. It's a tired old classic design updated with modern details, like, er... the 997?
