Raw power and impressive lap, but damn when are they going to design an interior that fits the cost of the car Other than the sound it could be a Pontiac

Times are changing, however if its not the money keep your timeless tt. Think about this yeah it may be faster, it may corner better, it may do somethings better but all in all how much do you really drive like that. Then again how much do you just cruise and bask in the fact that you are driving car excellence. end of story!

The Guys over on Corvette Forum are presenting some fairly compelling stuff that the GT-R times were..ah...not Kosher

Hey, I don't care. I don't street-race and neither of these cars will keep up with a well-prepped well-driven 3 at the track anyway. But the PS3 crowd sure give a hoot!

'Ring times...sheesh

If it's not your daily commute, or at least somewhere you frequently (or even rarely) go, why would you care?
Hey, Surgeon, what do you mean by we're stuck with them? Who cares?

Not Me!

What about You?

I don't drive vicariously, I drive in reality.

The Ring don't mean a Thing (repeat as a loop)

car delayed due to Nissans new criteria to have their dealers have a tech certified for the GTR, thats a given. Car due in dealer by end of July. I decided to sell it, a wholesaler I know will give me 5k over but I may e bay it.

Thanks to all of you for your opinions.

I agree; I was suspicious when I read the Nissan GT-R initially ran ~7:35 at the Ring and a few weeks later returned to post a 7:29 lap. I just received the latest BMW Roundel magazine and they state that the 7:29 lap was accomplished in a 693 HP GT-R. I don't believe Nissan is delivering that engine package to the public.

No one, I mean absolutely no one with half a brain believed a 'stock' GTR did a 7:29, it's just physically impossible, it's like telling someone a stock Miata can lap Fiorano faster than a Enzo.

Having said that, if there really was someone who believe Nissan's hype, I have a tropical island in Nevada for sale.

Buy the Nissan and sell me your turbo real cheap....Buy what makes you happy man, you should have expected the answers you're getting here. You will lose more than the 10k on your TT if you trade or sell it.
