Default Drivers Ed insurance

Does anybody know of an insurance company with a written policy that they will cover damage during a driver's education session (even at an extra fee as a $130,000 car is too much to lose)?

The local newspaper just finished a series on Allstate and if the other companies are anything like described, I'm sure they would squirm like crazy not to cover anything.
