BIg accident in my porsche
#32
Im mourning as we speak its hard to get it together. But hopefully soon I can get it repaired and back on the road. Theres the fabspeed exhaust which I love which might be a goner, as well as resale value down the road with an accident so big.

Man, so sorry, any pics of the damage?
Might as well mod the **** out of it when it's fixed. As long as it's fixed correctly, shouldn't totally kill it's trade in value as much as a pvt sale.

Is that blue Geo metro the one who collided with you? If that's the case, it does not look like he is going too fast if he can stop there, so more bad news for you, you might be liable for 100% of the accident as it's a one way stop sign and the metro has right of way at that intersection and he is not speeding.
Makes me sick to know a car worth no more than $2000 crashed out a TT, your fabspeed probably worth more than his car and you will be PAYING for his damage also.
You might be able to claim the fabspeed also if you still has the transaction info.
At least you the person is not too badly hurt.

from your pic it looks like a two way stop and where your sitting you had to yeild to the open road in front of your car. or did you just end up there.....either way sorry to hear, it will be perfect again when it's back from the car doctor.

Just came across your post, sorry to hear about your accident and it's great to hear you are ok but make sure you don't take anything lightly. I was rear ended 12 years ago and felt fine until a year later. Turns out I had a separated disc that laid me out 2x a year for a week at a time. I'm talking about the kind of pain that's so bad that you can't sleep, lay down, stand up, sit down, drive, wipe your a$$, etc etc. To make a long story short, you have time to settle your personal injury claim so do not sign off on anything until the limit comes up. Sorry to hear about your car!

I'm taking it this was your fault since you stop and then tried to pull across traffic? Was it a 4 way stop? Interesting to see what your insurance does and how bad your rates go up.. Glad to here you are OK.
