They charge far too much for routine service and do not discount much for their inventory.

Also, unless you already have a relationship with them, I find it difficult to develop one since they always have people buying crazy exotics.

Isn't your comment pretty much true for any Porsche dealer...if you are a new customer you probably won't be treated like a repeat loyal customer. I have bought three cars from them and have had great experiences. Agreed there are alot of people in NYC paying silly money for cars.

I was actually treated surprisingly well at MMC, but I would not go back. They either did not know how to get me the alarm code for my 993TT or were greedy enough to say that such a thing did not exist and I would need to pay them to use the computer to program a remote. That incompetence/short-sighted greed has lost them a LOT of future business, much more than the $90 they would have made programming my remotes.

Never heard anything good about them, they royally ****ed up my buddies 993TT, surprised they're still allowed to work on 'em!

For me, my experience with MM has been solid, no complaints whatsoever, when I picked up my GT3 a couple of years ago from them, their was a computer malfunction error, their Service guys took care of i like doctors in an emergency center until they reset the computer. Brian Miller is the owner, great guy to work with, Richie Prigee, and John Del Tatto are great Sales Advisors. Overall, I've had great service from MM Cars, Roslyn Motors, and the Porsche guys in Greenwich have been great to do business with, I would stay away from South Shore Porsche, not knowledgable or trustworthy dudes, just a bunch of bad news bears. My 2 cents!

And, in fact, I would even pay more for integrity and honor and, in this regard, Schneider + Nelson has been flawless.
