Default M5 700hp vs. Porsche 997 turbo 700hp

Here are the details:

M5 specs: ASR Engineering Stage 3 NOS kit
ASR Engineering NOS kit 150 shot
ASR Engineering full exhaust
ASR Intake

Porsche 997 turbo
Specs: Protomotive 700 hp package
Upgraded V.V turbos
full exhaust
(Please keep in mind Porsche info/specs are based upon what we were told by the owner of the car)

We have #2 videos one from the passanger in the M5 and another from the outside, we were only able to upload the one from the inside of the car tonight, I will post the other one tomorrow......

This was a great race also keep in mind there were #2 people in the M5 (driver and passanger) and the Porsche only had the driver in the car no passanger.....So despite the M5 being already heavier then the Porsche, the M5 has an extra person also....

Also in the posted video the proper run starts at the 49sec mark.....I am in no way bashing the Porsche I have #2 my self, and the one running in the video is very fast......but I have to give props to BMW, that 7 speed gear box is awsome.......

Also note we tried to get a second run but the Porsche got a nail in the tire and the M5 ran out of NOS.....But we plan on having a rematch, and were going to throw in a modded Z06 into the mix....But for the time being enjoy the video......

couple of questions:
did the TT have the sportchrono option? and was it on ?
do you have any perfomance figures for the M like 1/4 mile, 60-130 etc..?

Sorry dude but there is something wrong with that porsche!!!

We raced a Firebird built 408 ci engine + big shot of NITROUS!!! AND DRAG RADIAL TIRES!!

Our car has P600 , exhaust and airfilter without SC so we stick with 1.0 bar only!!..ON PUMP GAS!!!

The race was 0-0.4 mile

Here is the vid!!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfSOnZdYzSI

THE TRANS SLOW DOWN ON HALF DISTANCE!!!!!

We spanked stock M5, stock c6zo6, 383ci camaro ls1 our car with exhaust and Proto ECU only!!!

here is our car with exhaust and proto ecu beating c6zo6....we left the throttle before the finish line...check it

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ByYfgb0N3Q

Some number from the performance box after the PE600

0-60mph..3.3sec
0-212mph...33sec
0-125mph...10.8sec
in 1/4mile 11.3sec
top-speed 212mph

all those number with pump gas

Again our car still need headers, I/C ans SC to make the 700hp!!!!

This is hard to believe since I wax 2007 M5's with my stock 996 TT S Cab. I can give them a two car head start and pass them at the end of third gear.
