Only 1 week with mine so far. Here's my list:
Likes
- best 911 turbo yet
- it's a practical supercar
(Minor) Dislikes
- Turbo lag (VTG is overhyped)
- Price (and the outrageous premium Porsche charges for Canadian dollar exchange)
- Tiny gas tank
- Navi - no touch screen and no blue tooth
- front turn signals
- no longer king of the hill

after 6 months and 6K miles....
The car continues to astound me - the security and poise in all situations on the road is second to none. Having owned two 996tt's, I am convinced that the 997tt is a significantly better car.
Likes: power, brakes, steering, handling, grip, ride quality and overall poise - this is the "king of the road".
dislike: engine and exhaust sound (but they've gotten better as the mile add up)

7 weeks and just loving this car - no real complaints just pettty cribbing.
- No Bluetooth or factory ipod integration
- long front overhang requires careful planning for entry and exit of certain inclines
- After a wash, water sits in the most annoying places. I have a black car so you figure out the rest
- Can I request a new NAV voice
- 3,000km break-in - I don't seem to be getting any closer

there's several options for changing the nav voice prompts. check out page 160 in the manual. i didn't read the manual but the saleperson at pfaff ran through the pcm settings.

I had a C4S Cab.
This is much better. I miss the open top, but that's what the 430 is for.

The 997C4S did run the 'ring faster than the 996TT x50 FWIW.
I agree with the other Doc, if you've got a nice 997S, might want to rethink the TT unless you just gotta have it!
My 996C4S has 58k miles and is ready to retire and make room for the new TT.
