Default Recall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had my 911 TT one month and received a recall letter stating "due to an incorrectly programmed spot welding machine, the welding spots at the left rear wheelhouse were not performed correctly." They seem to downplay it a little. Should I be worried and how much of the car do they have to take apart to reweld it properly.

Probably something simple. Most likely just removing a rear tire will show the required area to spot weld(hopefully). But strange, such a problem, for quality control that is bragged by Porsche and shown by JD Powers data. Let us know how simple it was (or complicated). And if it took most of the day like most warranty issues do. As I remember your tt was built back in September '07...correct?? Hopefully that weld-bug has been worked out with future tts. And too, your turbo had some Quality control problems prior to delivery also??. Hope your problems are not a sign of things to come with Porsche quality.
