I would leave the lug nuts just as they are. I think they compliment the polished lip, wheel/rim bolt heads, and the center caps. They offer good contrast against the black wheel spokes.

I asked the GM who said it was sold but the buyer wasn't sure and I leaped.
Went to the dealer and had him put on one front and rear on the same side and it took about 100 ms for me to realize that they were made for each other.
What's your next move???
