Default RUF Supercharger for 997 3.8

Any insight / opinions on new Ruf supercharger kit for 997. 2005 Carrera S has 10k miles, PCCB's, Tiptronic (!). Thoughts? Also relative quality of work in Dallas vs Germany.

You cannot go wrong with this kit, it is very well put together and from what my Uncle (who has ridden in the test car at RUF USA) has told me its pretty damn quick!
Hans and the guys at RUF Dallas are great and their work is great as well!

Just saw this post. Actually, I drove the car, all alone, without Hans. It was very fast and fun. I'm hoping they come up with something for the new GT3 because I'll be first in line to buy it.

Just read a thumbs-up post for the RUF compressor kit in a german Porsche forum.
The kit is said to pull even at 1500 rpm and it is a lot faster than the Porsche performance kit.
The post said the engine had some 24 hp more than stated :-)

If you understand german language:

Danke, sehr Gut !

I wonder whether these charged cars are more fun to drive than the factory Turbos.
Must be if they have more torque down under...

Since Ruf's turbo cars have always been known for their torque,
then I must assume (and would lay money on it) that the
SC 3.8 is an absolute stump puller...good bye Corvettes.
