I’ve been getting a persistent P2080 EGT Sensor code. I’ve cleared the DME with my AP but it does come back after some driving.

The car is a 997.2 TT. Mods are 3in catless exhaust, AWE headers, AWE intercoolers, IPD y-pipe and plenum if that makes a difference. It has a tune as well.

Is it possible that the sensor is directly and needs to be cleaned? If so, what’s the best way to do that?
