In terms of widths and offsets, yes.
997.2 Turbo S
Front Wheels: 19x8.5 +56
Rear Wheels: 19x11 +51
991.1 GT3
Front Wheels: 20x9 +55 < 7.4mm farther out
Rear Wheels: 20x12 +47 < 16.7mm farther out
Most people that use 20s run 245/30/20 and 325/25/20. That keeps the F/R circumferences within tolerance to not cause issues with the diff.
In my experience, the stock front tires from a 20" wheel (245/35/20) are too tall and contact the spring perch.
