Going to change my broken AC compressor and dryer. System is already emptied by machine.

After installation new AC & dryer how much oil to be added and should i do the oil filling direct into the compresdor prior installation?
The WSM is stating 60 cm3 as circulating oil in refrigerant system and not sure if this is the total of emptied system with new compressor or if the compressor requires additional oil
