Cost for a new key FOB replacement?

I bought a new never used 997.1 FOB here on Rennlist for $100. Got a new key blade cut for me from keysinthepost for $20. And then went to the dealer to program the key (took less than 10min) which they did for free. Good deals are out there if you have patience.

Unfortunately keys in the post is not shipping outside of UK now. That's where I got my last blade ($30) from, new fob from Suncoast ($247 all in delivered), and programming from my tuner for free (took him 5 min via PIWIS).

500 is good price, I'm now currently waiting for my cut key from Germany (200). I tried to cut cost and ordered them from Suncoast for head and blade and had they key cut from local locksmith. The dealer tried to program it, it would not recognize. So far I'm at $800.

My storage place lost or misplaced my key fob (they have been jerking me around for 2 weeks now saying they will get me the key but they are bsing me), luckily I have a spare. The quote for a new key and programming from the dealer was $626 plus tax for keyfob and precut blade from Porsche, and $240 plus tax for programming. The other option is to get the keyfob and blade from Suncoast for $270, have a locksmith cut the key for $100 and have my Porsche indy program it. Not sure if there is a cheaper option.
