I know there are a few Porsche shops in the Huntington Station area but I have been taking my car to Elite Motorsports in Farmingdale...no issues

I use Superior Automotive in East Marion. I believe that Sal use to be one of the head mechanics at Southampton Porsche. He has since gone out on his own. This summer he did my 30K service. Super reasonable and timely.

I can vouch for TKX performance in Huntington. Been using Taso and the guys on my last 4 Porsches and they are all very experienced mechanics.
