Default Post 02 sensors rich code setting

Have a 2007 (WP0AD29907S784703) other shop threw new post cat 02 sensors and codes comes back.
Have scanned with our piwis and iscan live values. Nothing is out of range @ this time.
code 2099/2097 indicating post sensors rich. Smoke testing exhaust and intake, nothing. Could this be a programming
issue or possible CATS?

New customer to us. Vehicle runs very good. Looks to be maintained properly.
Post cat 02 codes can be tricky. Porsche is one of a few manufacturers that utilizes the rear 02 to help
set fuel trim where most only use rear to monitor cat efficiency. You would think a rich setting code for both rear
02 would also set front. I'm inclined to think possible software or programming could be needed. I'm going into
Porsche site to check TSB
