Default Persistent P2187 and P2189

I checked MAFS and they read identical.

I tightened up the clamps in intake hose, TB, and off the Turbo. FPR still has hose on it with zip tie.

short term at idle look good to me. Thoughts ? Ideas?

I would monitor bank 1 and bank 2 Lambda at full operating temp at idle. A perfectly running engine should be in the 1.00 Volt range. Anything higher is lean, anything lower is rich. Given your codes, I would suspect a higher reading and an air leak after the MAF(s). Since bank 1 and bank 2 both code, I would suspect it is a component on the air charging system that both banks share (Throttle body boot, Y-pipe charge pipe, T-pipe, stuck open purge valve etc.). A quick backyard test you can do if you don't have a smoke machine is to monitor bank 1 and bank 2 lambda and spray a high flammable chemical like brake cleaner around the intake connection points and plenum. If your Lambda begins to drop (go rich) when you're spraying in a specific area- that is your air leak.

Thx... will check Lamda readings, and spray some carb cleaner on clamped areas etc.

I assume you are idling in your pics. Fueling is skewing positive. You are at +12% fuel over true baseline between short and long term fuel trims. Ideally this should be in the 3-5% range STFT with LTFt near zero. This correlates well with your codes. It’s either a vacuum leak, which would show up as rich at wide open throttle and lean at idle or you need to refresh your MAF sensors, primary 02s, or both.
