Default Cobb Install problems solved

Once I connected a battery charger everything worked.

2011 turbo s. Went to install. It saw my car (ie knew what it was). Then I selected for it to save current stock map, and it went through that process. But once I had it install the new map (stage 1 93 octane) it failed. Said 'cant communicate' and then went into failure mode. However, I was able to get it out of failure and the original reinstalled. Therefore, clearly the unit is communicating with my car.
Yes the ecu unit says 'uninstalled', meaning the autosport is able to be installed on my car. Battery voltage is 11.7 according to the cobb. Do I HAVE to have a battery charget connected

Any ideas?

yes connecting a battery charger at 10 amps like a Schumacher is always the best bet. For me I had the failure message even when connecting a Ctek.

Glad it arrived as expected. Let me know what you think after some fun runs! Did you do ECU and PDK?

I love the ecu tune. I'm holding off on the pdk tune as I've heard too many mixed things and to be honest I have no issues when in sport or sport plus mode.
