I'm using the straight O2 extenders. The angled/curved ones may give more clearance around the heatshield, but doesn't seem to be an issue either way.

I ended up installing the speedtech 3” catless, with factory tips. It really sounds great now - loud but in a good way.

No cel light yet. Used the angle extenders, and placed some steel wool inside per the advice on this thread.

The install is also very straightforward. I removed the bumper cover, bumper, and intercoolers. No issues and all is very simple.

Also, have to say John at Speedtech is very easy to deal with. He answered his emails almost instantly regardless of the time of day...

Sounds great, doesn't it! Everything fit well the first time?

Kidding aside, we have no emission rules here and I rarely drive the car. Might as well go all out.
Can't argue with that! Just make sure whatever you spacer you go with, there is no guarantee that the CEL will stay off. Some work way better then others, but if you are looking no cats, and no lights, consider a tune for your car. An ECU tune for your vehicle will add tons of power and remedy the potential lights. Feel free to shoot me a PM if you have any questions regarding tuning!
