Default Key programming

Hi all,

I'm leaning toward purchasing an iCARSOFT to reset service lights, etc... I bought another new key for my car, but need it programmed. Anyone know if the Icarsoft will do this?

Thanks!

I dont know for sure, but I seriously doubt it. When I got an extra key for my car a while back, the shop had to reach out to Porsche mothership to get the "codes" that would make the key(s) work.. Of course dealers and only some specialty shops have this ability.

Negative. PIWiS only and at that, its not intuitive. Instructions to program a US key/car are in German. Also, hopefully you purchased the new blade from Porsche. The dealerships will not cut a non-OEM blade.
