New tires for 997.2 TTS
Currently have Michelin PS2. They are what came on the car. I see there are now PS4 tires by Michelin.
Anyone running these PS4’s on a 997.2. Not sure how important an N2 porsche rating is for tires.
Thanks

I have the PS4’s and I love them. They handle great and are much quieter. Less expensive than N2 rated tires. Do a search because there is a thread on this subject .

PS4's are acres ahead of the PS2's in terms of grip, feel, and noise. About the same for wear (very good). They're the street tire to beat right now.
That being said, if you're going to track the car and want to enjoy a decent pace, you're going to want something stickier. In the stock tire sizes there are TONS of options.

I do not plan on tracking the car. Just some spirited street escapades.
Thanks I’ll most likely go this route. Just was unsure on the lack of N2 rating.
Ill search the forum once I’m home and I front of a computer.
appreciated the reply’s.

I have PS2's also, as my car came with a new set when purchased. I sure am looking forward to eventually getting some PS4S's.
Doing some 0-60, 1/8, and 1/4 testing tonight with my Dragy and the PS2's just spin too much on the street.
