Default 2012 TT S Cab for sale. Thoughts guys? My education continues.

Saw this today. 12 TT S Cab. $87.9K. Black with black/beige interior. 33,600 miles. One owner Vegas car with clean Carfax. Regular Porsche dealer service. $178K new. Park assist but not much else in the way of options. Thoughts?

The wheels are from a 997.1 Turbo.

Like VRV said wheels are incorrect and painted black. Could be replica wheels which I wouldn’t want on a car that performs at this level. Makes you wonder why they were changed.

Otherwise it looks clean. I think a PPI would be a good idea.

I prefer the .1 wheels...If I bought a .2 I'd likely put the .1 wheels on

Good price, go for it! My 11 TTS has black Turbo II wheels. When ordering this no cost option you could choose center locks or standard Turbo II wheels. I much prefer Turbo II's over the center locks so IMO they have not been changed, they are factory.

wheels are subjective (I guess like everything else), but it has the right seats, and it's an "S". Like a poster before said, if you like it buy it!

Those bright sunlit pics really show how basalt black can take on eggplant/purple color. Looks pretty clean. Worth a PPI if you like what you see so far!

As long as it checks out, I say go for it.

I personally would rather have the correct wheels for the .2, but that's just me.

You're right they are 997.1 wheels. 997.2 wheels are five star two prong. But they still look good. Sorry, my mistake. Learn something new everyday.

I will ask the dealer if he knows anything about the wheels, but not expecting he will know. I like them though.

Hey man, I know you've been looking for a long time. Looks like a beautiful car. If the PPI is clean and you are ready, you should pull the trigger. Top down in time for Spring!
