Carmax authorized Porsche to completely replace my 2011 CTT's rear differential with a new OEM unit at 72.5K miles. I've posted a current discussion thread under the Cayenne 958 header. It appears this problem is becoming a common known issue as the miles and years add up on the 958.1 generation Cayenne's.
