Intake Vents in rear Fenders

Can the intake vents be easily removed from rear fenders to be painted?

Use plastic pry tools on the edge where the red arrows are pointing. Use masking tape and/or micro fibre cloths to prevent scratching the paint on the fender. It's very easy to remove, just don't pry on the back edge, where the blue arrows are pointing.
