I like how people are laughing and telling me to up my budget. I just missed a 07 with 29000 miles 2 owner no paintwork for 69500. Adaptive sport chrono and short shift
Good deals are out there.

There are also 3 cars sitting on rennlist and 6speed with 30,000 miles for sale for 75k for a month+

Talk is cheap. Why don't you pull the trigger on one of them then? Are you telling me you can't find common ground between your $74k budget and their $75k asking price?

I'm just making a point that you're criticizing others for suggesting to up your budget in order to find an example that you desire, then you cite examples of cars sitting for sale at just above your max budget only to further confirm your budget is likely not going to cut it because they are not what you're looking for. Even looking at the one that got away - is it possible it had a poor DME report or needed maintenance/wear items? Just tires and a 30k service would likely put that 69,500 back over your budget. A listing and a sale price don't always tell the full story. Reminds me of the old adage if it seems to good to be true... Not saying 69,500 is the smoking deal of a lifetime but just make sure you do your due diligence with a PPI, etc. even when a "deal" pops up. Don't let yourself get enamored by the thought of saving a couple bucks. Could cost your more in the long run.

Edit: For what it's worth I do hope you find what you're looking for. Like I said before and similar to what others have said, IMO if you want it to happen now - you'll need to up your budget. If you want to find a deal, you'll need to be patient and hope for some luck. Being flexible in your requirements will shorten the process.

Have you seen what an unmolested Supra is now going for. Great car in its day, had to happen.

I see some cars but they are either beat to hell, 5+ owners, accidents/paint work, modded and tuned to heck or I miss out on them. I see a lot of cars sitting in the 80K+ range and I really want to be able to put some miles on this car, but not take a bath on resale as the cars with 50,000+ are selling the high 50s low 60s.

I really don't want to settle on a car, but i'm willing to buy from anywhere all over the US.

With our limited nice weather here up North I'm getting more and more impatient. I follow all the online sites daily to see whats posted.

Am I being unreasonable with my wants?
I wouldn't get all consumed with the number of owners. But that's just the tip of your apparent
iceberg.

It would be, but it's a scam. Here's a satellite view of the address:
