Default Anyone looking for a 996 or 997 engine?

Saw this on Craigslist in Seattle, entire 997 engine w/45,000 miles for $18k, They are also selling a 996 engine w/ 105,000 miles for $14k. Don't know anything else about these listings, just posting as FYI:

996 engine: https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/p...570537289.html

Does it matter if 997 trans is a TIP?? I wonder if the motor can be mated with a 997.2 PDK. That would be interesting.

On the seats he said only the drivers was good, the car is in transit for the next week. Just another salvage yard.
I prefer the seats with the painted backs. Post a pic or PM.
