While it may not be unique as in one off, it is likely very rare. Per the above site, there were 36 GT silver 997.2 Turbo cabs produced. About 1/3rd of 997.2 Turbos were manual, so using that ratio as an estimate, say about 12 997.2 GT silver Turbo cabs. Then narrow that down even further for cocoa interior and you're probably looking at only a couple made.
This sounds very reasonable. There probably weren't very many made in this combo. That said, this doesn't mean that it will command a premium when sold vs. other 997.2 Turbo cabs with a manual. Maybe it will, maybe it won't.
