This sounds very reasonable. There probably weren't very many made in this combo. That said, this doesn't mean that it will command a premium when sold vs. other 997.2 Turbo cabs with a manual. Maybe it will, maybe it won't.

Great feedback. We’re not really looking for a price guage just mainly curious to how rare a 2010 Manual turbo cab is.

The manuals were phased out fairly rapidly
