At some point in time I must've run over something causing it to fly up under the car hitting the driver side rocker panel and breaking the clip that holds it in place flush with the body. I removed the rocker panel and mocked up a piece of plastic to act as a retainer clip to keep the panel flush with the body. I used my plastic welding gun and was able to get the piece attached to the rocker panel. I am bedded a piece of wire into the plastic for rigidity. Although it may not "look pretty" the repair work out very well!

Nice! I dont know if I could live with know that yellow piece was on my rocker panel tho lol
It is hideous however the for a plastic weld to be effective the bonding material needs to be comprised of the same properties as the piece being repaired. In this case I only had yellow. This is a temporary fix until I decide if I am going to replace with OEM rocker panels or upgrade to the GT2 rocker panels. I'm leaning towards staying OEM.
