Default Not a 991.2 MF but...

I'm so happy with my newly remade 997.1 sport steering wheel that I just had to share some pics. Maybe not as big of a change as an upgrade to a newer gen but imo one of the most cost-effective mods I've done this far. The quality of the leather is great and matches the original perfectly and the craftmanship is excellent.

All credits go to jordonmusser on 6spd who did the pioneer work by having the stones to send his wheel to "some random guy on e-bay". Thanks for the help man!

He's called "ledermanz" and is located in Latvia. Good service, fast turn-around and great price (300 Euro plus shipping).

Yes !

That looks superb. Honestly, to me it's looking as good (or better) than the newer model. And I am saying this having installed the newer one. Really very nice.

Thanks! I really think it's a viable option if you want a simple, clean wheel design.

Yep, his workmanship is outstanding! I also had a custom wheel done by him recently.

Funny thing, I saw your wheel on his instagram, and decided I had to get the trim pieces wrapped too! lol

Not just regular awesome, but bloody awesome. If my wheel wasn't in perfect shape like it is now, I would totally have this done too. Do you have 115,000 miles on your car? WOW.

That's funny Yeah I have a bad case of (mental) allergy against plastic trim and have even got my PCM front wrapped in leather. Your wheel looks great too btw. Had non idea that Alex's work was so well known even over seas!
