Default WTB: 997 GT3RS 4.0L

As the title states, I'm looking to buy a 997 GT3RS 4.0L. I don't have a big list of MUST HAVES but the car does have to have bucket seats, no paintwork/stories, under 20k miles, and a US car. I'd prefer to buy directly from an owner but open to working with a dealer or broker if the price is right. I'm NOT looking for a collector car/garage queen with super low miles because I will drive the car and track it but it does have to be in good condition with a good DME.

I am open to including my 1 of 1 PTS 997.2RS as a trade but can pay cash for the car. I think many know me and know that I am a no BS buyer...no wife to ask permission or finances to check. PM me or email at mmania001 at yahoo dot com if anyone has any leads. Thanks guys.

Bold move! But I think a correct one. They are only going to go up. I am sure you know all of the sources but I seen have quite a few pop up lately online...

I only know of the 3 that are advertised for sale, including the PTS one which I'll pass on.

Here are a few I found quickly. I use a search engine called Mitula. You can enter specific car data and it will grab them all from various sites. You can set the search to send them to your inbox when one pops up. The only issue is that it searches all dates. So you you have to wade through old listings. But it does list the date the car went for sale..

Yeah, I browsed through all the websites that have ones for sale. I know about that low mileage white one too.

What happened with PNH? I pm'd John for a similar trade/cash deal and he said he was working with you on details. Did not offer enough on trade or something stood out with the black 4.0?

Martin just curious - If this car is only going to be driven on track - why not get something like this, and save a couple hundred k?

John is still working on his numbers for me. But as I tell my real estate clients, it's always good to have several options. The one thing that I'm not digging a lot about the car is the red roof. Anyhow, we'll see how things play out soon.

The car won't be driven on the track every much, I'm going to be building another Cayman race car with a 4.0L engine for heavy track duty.

The only way I'm letting go of my PTS RS is for a RS 4.0.
