30k isn't high but just be aware, many people sell at 30k or around there because they don't want to do the 30k/major maintenance, so just negotiate that into the purchase.

65k miles and counting on my 997.2 GT3 RS. That's a lot of smiles produced, and plenty more to come. Don't let raw miles scare you, just make sure the car was well cared for. My car passed both independent appraisal/inspection and a Porsche PPI in 2013 when I bought it with flying colors. The car hasn't missed a beat yet, no surprises whatsoever!
