Default 997.2 gt3 from mexico?

Im considering purchasing a 2010 gt3 with low miles and great options. The car is now in the states and titled but originally it came from mexico. Besides cluster are there any differences between U.S cars and ROW? Can clusters be switched out and milage adjusted easily? What kind of price adjustment is there for a car like this? Currently has 7000kms, White, sport buckets seats, axle lift, pccbs, no paint no over revs and 2 owner car.

thanks

Interesting, it can be difficult to assess a value on what is esentially a grey market vehicle. Value should be comparable to more commonly imported Canadian examples. That said, I would hurt the car 10% vs. comparable U.S. Spec cars anticipating that you'll have to overcome the cars origin when re-selling. If the last owner's name was Chapo, there might be hidden value not immediately apparent from a PPI. Good luck!
