Haha, nope, no lines. This is the apex predator. There is nothing better for me out there. I have driven the new automatics but have no interest in them. I'm looking for my next 993 now, to convert it as close to an RS as possible. But the 997 is going nowhere!

My statement was tongue-in-cheek. Lots of people worry too much about resale value these days.

 

That sounds like a fun project. I had a 993 that was pretty close to RS spec and I miss it dearly. Was probably the closest I'll get to owning any RS for now.

If you're doing a 993RS then please start with a white one and give me the first chance to buy it from you. you have great taste in cars.

 

A white one is going for a PPI on Thursday. A red one is waiting in the wings. REALLY torn between the two, both would make a great base for what I'm plotting right now...
