Got car back today.
We did: dampers, slightly heavier spring rates, front tie rods with bump, rear top monoball, balanced, aligned, and fully bumped car f/r. Changed a few alignment goodies to address a few pieces of feedback I had. I can already feel one of them dialed out. (Good)

All i can say is "holy fk" do these things feel good. Car feels substantially more supple and controlled. On street its magnitudes better than it was.

Will be adjusting for the track this weekend. May need to stiffen it up a couple clicks but I'm not sure I'm liking the way it feels already.

Look forward to the real test drive.

Ok these things work. And the adjustments are super noticeable.
1.5 secs off my last pb at this track I'm at. Tons more rear grip and car rides so compliant now. Just glides over the bumps.

Make that 3 seconds. Granted for whatever reason I'm 'slow' this direction (CW vs CCW) and still a little off that time (most are ~1 second off) the confidence really great dampers + setup make is crazy. The fastest times were 'mostly' 991GT cars and race cars. Of course, there are SEVERAL seconds on the table!

So now, the car has been setup with massive amounts of rear grip, i'm not used to it, so I need to drive it harder, so spent much of the weekend just getting used to that. Plus, dialing in a little bit more entry and mid corner front bite. After a few tweaks the push is gone and I can get the car to apex and where I want it, will make a couple more adjustments for next event. It really is amazing what a couple clicks here or there do. Of course trading texts all weekend with BBI's chassis guy because I have no idea what those ***** do! Its VERY counter intuitive to me.

Now I just need to stop driving it like a ***** lol.

I think most all the drivers other than Ryan, Peter, and Martin were on race tires or Hoosiers.

I'm at the less pointy end of the red group :-)

C'mon I'm driving an antique!

That car rides so plush now. And, the Ohlins look too good to be hidden. They should be displayed on the roof of the car.

Do you need to turn the wheel to adjust the fronts and just reach under the shock for the rear?

Fronts you just turn to full lock and you can reach both adjusters and the clicks are very positive and loud. I didn't dial rears so not sure :-)
