I am planning on renting out BW for 2 consecutive weekdays in late October/early November.

Am hoping to get ~10-20 others to join.

This will be a no thrills day, couple of flag workers / no food included etc.

I will be running in my racecar and maybe some time in the RS.

Track will be open all day.

Tentative dates

10/26-27
10/31-11/1

I'm gathering details on cost / my goal isn't to make money on this - I just can't afford to rent out track to do testing myself so need some RL friends to join me and help a bit

No yahoos - you can be slow as molasses but have to make sure you are watching mirror

Pricing wise With corner workers and emergency and track coordinator we are at just under 9k/day So I think we need to aim to have 20 folks to make the price be reasonable for 2 days (900 for 2 days of empty track versus BW charges 650 per day for open testing and a ton of people show up)

Would just do dollar for dollar discount if we went over that attendance - but would need $ from 20 committed drivers to lock it.

We also cap attendance at 30 max
