Maybe a stupid question but are all torque wrench capable of handling tightening in both direction, clock and anti-clockwise?
Looking to buy the one below but I'd like to be sure I can tighten wheels on both sides

I have not used one that has been one direction (or directional), they do torque both sides with no issues. Snap-on, Park Tool, Mac Tools, etc. included with the brands I have experience with.

Clockwise = Tighten with torque gauge on any side.

Counterclockwise = Loosen with breaker bar, not with torque wrench.

The Precision wrench has detachable gauge that can be used to loosen. Get a pipe to slide on when using as breaker bar for leverage.

Good advice, picked up a giant breaker bar just for breaking them lose. Some of the better purchases made I have made to date were those items.
