dumb question but is there a tune to decrease the power a little bit to fit into a certain classing?

Yes, its quite cheap actually and they sell it at your local gas station. Look for a big button that says "87" on it

Not a dumb question at all. Typically, Cobb offers an economy map with their AP's, but unfortunately not for the 997 GT2/GT3 platforms. You can, however, buy the AP and have a pro-tuner give you an economy (low boost) map that you can run. I had my tuner give me a map like this, along with my other maps, for a few reasons.
