Any GT3RS owners running Toyo R888?
Anybody out there with the 19x12 wheels running toyo R888? If so what size?
Here's my issue. Original tire size is a 305 but on their website Toyo says that you can't run that tire on wider than an 11.5" wheel.
So anyone doing it since it's the original porsche spec to run a 305 on a 19x12 or are you going with a bigger size?
Thanks for the help!

Im running them on my GT3 currently, 305/30-19 on the 19" x 12" OEM wheels.
As stated above, spare yourself the underwhelming feeling of wanting more from them. Not the most confidence inspiring; and not enjoyable if on street car and not the best on track.

Thanks for the feedback. Anyone else also running the 305's on their 19x12 wheels?
Toyo is hesitant to give me a commitment that I should mount the 305's on the 12" rim even though it recommends them as the OEM size on their website. They have conflicting information on their website.
Also the only reason I have these tires is because the prior owner had them on. I still have tread left on the fronts so I bought one more set of rears until all 4 wear out. I'll switch afterward.

Running Toyo R888's 245/35/19s upfront and 325/30/19s in the rear on my 07 RS. Fun tire just not sure how confident I will be in heavy FL rain this summer but i'll cross that bridge when I get to it.

I can confirm not the most enjoyable in the rain, fine when dry, but take it gingerly in the wet

Only thing worse than R888's are black jelly beans and Spanx.
They take forever to heat cycle properly. Slides all over. Then when they start to grip, the window is short. Then they slide again and you throw them away.

I haven't had any problems with them in the rain but then again I'm running them on an AWD turbo so that helps a little.
Only reason I still have them is the prior owner already had a set on the car. Fronts still have some life left so this will be my last round of them before switching to something else.
